Referrals
Greenwich Women's Aid provides safe, secure, high quality temporary accommodation, floating support and children's services to women and children escaping Domestic Violence and abuse.
There are two basic routes of referrals to GWA refuges:
- Self Referral
- Agency Referral
GWA will accept referrals from a range of agencies including the police, health authority, local authority housing and social services department, housing associations, Greenwich one-stop shop and other refuge service providers. We carry out Risk Assessments and interviews before making admissions.

Agency Referrals
Our partner agencies and other statutory agencies can make referrals to GWA. Print out the Referral Form, complete the details, and return it to us via the methods indicated on the form. (You are advised to right-click on the link and save the document to your computer.)
